Open Positions

1. Process Officer

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering  

Experience: 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in a chemical manufacturing plant  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and optimize chemical process operations  
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve plant efficiency  
  • Troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective actions  

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong understanding of chemical unit operations  
  • Familiarity with DCS systems and process instrumentation  
  • Ability to interpret P&IDs and SOPs  
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement  



2. Safety Officer

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering  

Mandatory Certification: PDIS or ADIS (Post Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety)  

Experience: 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in a chemical plant  

Note: Candidates without PDIS/ADIS certification will not be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and hazard analysis  
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols across plant operations  
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory safety norms  
  • Lead incident investigations and develop preventive measures  
  • Organize safety training and awareness programs for plant personnel  

Preferred Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of HAZOP, HIRA, and emergency response systems  
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and OHSAS protocols  
  • Strong communication and documentation skills  
  • Ability to foster a culture of safety and accountability  



3. Mechanical Utility Technician  

Qualification: ITI – Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RFM)  

Experience: 3 to 5 years in a chemical or industrial plant  

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Operation and maintenance of Brine Chillers, Air Compressors, Cooling Towers, Softeners, N₂ Liquid Systems, and Thermic Fluid Heaters  
  • Routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance  
  • Ensuring optimal performance and safety of utility systems  

Preferred Skills:  

  • Familiarity with industrial utility systems  
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals and maintenance schedules  
  • Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude  



4. Electrical Operations Electrician  

Qualification: ITI – Electrical  

Experience: 3 to 5 years in a chemical plant environment  

Mandatory Requirement: Valid Electrical Wireman License  

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Electrical maintenance and operations in a chemical manufacturing setup  
  • Handling of motors, control panels, and industrial wiring  
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and electrical standards  

Preferred Skills:  

  • Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and troubleshooting  
  • Experience with preventive and breakdown maintenance  
  • Ability to work safely under high-voltage conditions  


Note: Candidates without a valid Electrical Wireman License will not be allowed to attend the interview for the Electrician role.
