Department: Discovery Solutions – Oligonucleotides Synthesis

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

• Scientific Manager
• Senior Scientific Manager

Qualification: PhD or Master’s in Oligonucleotides or Chemistry

Experience: 7 to 10 Years Proven leadership in synthesis team management and project delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Synthesis of siRNA, ASOs, aptamers using solid-phase and solution-phase methods
• Operation of automated synthesizers
• Post-synthesis modifications (e.g., conjugation, labeling)
• Ensure delivery of oligonucleotides meeting CEI, purity, and batch standards
• Analytical techniques: HPLC, LC-MS, UV, CE
• Troubleshooting and method development
• Team mentoring and project/client management

2.Open Positions

• Research Associate

• Senior Research Associate

Qualification: Master’s in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields

Experience:  5 to 10 Years & Strong technical skills in nucleic acid chemistry and purification

Key Responsibilities

• Synthesize oligonucleotides (siRNA, ASOs) using phosphoramidite solid-phase synthesis
• Perform post-synthesis modifications (conjugation, labeling, annealing)
• Operate and troubleshoot synthesis platforms (MerMade, AKTA, HPLC systems)
• Conduct analytical testing (HPLC, LC-MS, UV, CE)
• Ensure accuracy, reproducibility, and data integrity
• Maintain detailed records and follow lab safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to meet project goals
