Position: Computational Chemistry & AI/ML Specialist

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 3–6 years of experience

Qualification: Ph.D. in Computational/Medicinal Chemistry, Bio/Cheminformatics, AI/ML, or related field

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement machine learning models for target identification, de novo design, virtual screening, ADMET modeling, and hit-to-lead optimization
Collaborate with medicinal chemists, biologists, and computational scientists to leverage AI/ML in drug discovery
Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML platforms for efficient drug discovery project delivery
Manage projects, analyze data, and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML for drug discovery and contribute to new methodologies

What You’ll Bring

Strong background in machine learning (deep learning, CNNs, RNNs) applied to biological data or drug discovery
Expertise in Python and familiarity with ML libraries like TensorFlow and PyTorch
Experience with structure-based and ligand-based drug discovery methods
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Passion for AI/ML research and a desire to make a real-world impact
