1.Department: Production

Egg Section  

Egg handling, pre-incubation, candling, inoculation, harvesting, inactivation  

Aseptic sampling, BMR filling, QMS awareness  

Fill Finish – Live Vaccine  

Lyophilized drug product manufacturing, vial washing, aseptic handling  

Media preparation, filling line validation, documentation  

Fill Finish – Inactivated Vaccine  

Emulsion-based drug product manufacturing, CIP/SIP operations  

Blending vessel handling, sterilizer validation, documentation  

Qualification: B.Tech / M.Sc. in Microbiology / Biotechnology  

Experience: 1 to 7 years  

2.Department: Quality Assurance

IPQA  

Line clearance, BMR/BPR review, deviation handling, validation  

EQA  

Equipment qualification, GMP facility projects, CSV, deviation investigation  

Documentation  

Doccument issuance, record keeping, dashboard management  

CMO QA  

Vendor audits, artwork review, COA/specification handling, complaint investigation, SOP/QMS implementation  

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. (Microbiology/Biotech) / B.E. Mechanical  

Experience: 1 to 10 years  

3.Department: Quality Control

Moisture Estimation  

Sability testing, R&D support, RM sampling and analysis  

Chemical Water Testing  

TOC, pH, conductivity, nitrate, acidity/alkalinity, ETP records  

Raw Material Testing  

Sampling, ERP integration, method validation, instrument calibration  

Environment Monitoring  

Etability studies, GMP/GLP compliance, FDCA awareness  

Microbiologist  

SOP/STP preparation, method validation, sterility testing, cell culture, virus titration  

Qualification: M.Sc. in Microbiology / Biotechnology / Organic Chemistry / Chemistry  

Experience: 3 to 10 years  

4.Department: Store

RM/PM Handling  

Inventory management, SOP-based documentation, system entries, manpower coordination  

Qualification: B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc.  

Experience: 3 to 5 years
