Industry: Pharmaceutical API Manufacturing
1) Quality Control (API)
- Designation: Chemist / Sr. Chemist
- Qualification: UG / PG in relevant field
- Experience: Minimum 2 years
Responsibilities:
- Operate GC & HPLC instruments
- Use Chromeleon software
- Conduct routine testing and record results
- Follow QMS protocols and support audits
2) Quality Assurance (API)
- Designation: Chemist / Sr. Chemist
- Qualification: UG / PG in relevant field
- Experience: Minimum 2 years
Responsibilities:
- Review testing of RM, intermediates, and finished products
- Audit trail review of HPLC, GC, UV instruments
- Review batch records and ensure GMP compliance
3) Engineering (API) – DM Water
- Designation: Technician
- Qualification: 12th / ITI / Diploma in relevant field
- Experience: Minimum 2 years
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain DM water generation plant
- Ensure uninterrupted circulation
- Comply with cGMP and safety standards
4) Engineering (API) – Boiler Operations
- Designation: Boiler Operator
- Qualification: First Class Boiler Attendant Certificate
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor high-pressure boiler
- Maintain steam pressure and temperature
- Conduct routine maintenance and servicing
5) Engineering (API) – Plant Maintenance
- Designation: Shift Engineer
- Qualification: UG / PG in relevant field
- Experience: Minimum 2 years
Responsibilities:
- Maintain plant machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime
- Ensure safety and compliance
Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in WHO, MHRA, USFDA-approved Pharmaceutical API plants.
