1.Position: Deputy Manager – ESOP Administration
Department: HR / Finance / Compliance
Business Unit: Piramal Pharma Limited
Location: Kurla, Mumbai
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Compliance
- Preferred certifications: CS / CA or equivalent
Experience Required:
- Proficiency with HRMS platforms
- Audit experience (internal/external)
- Strong Excel/data handling skills
- Process-oriented documentation abilities
- Understanding of compliance and legal frameworks
- Prior ESOP experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
1.ESOP Allocation & Transactions
- Manage grants, vesting, exercises, and related activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and reporting
- Maintain accurate transaction trackers and ESOP reports
2.ESOP Trust Management
- Assist overseas employees with PAN documentation and investment declarations
- Coordinate with brokers for demat account setup
- Administer ESOP trust activities including fund and share allocation
- Monitor and validate ESOP transactions
3.Employee Communication & Support
- Develop communication materials and conduct ESOP training sessions
- Address employee queries related to ESOP
4.Compliance & Legal Coordination
- Ensure regulatory filings and compliance for share transactions
5.Finance Support & Reporting
- Assist in statutory compliance and audit documentation
- Prepare ESOP accounting entries and financial disclosures
- Generate employee stock certificates and related reports

2.ESOP Trust Management
- Assist with PAN documentation and fund remittance
- Liaise with brokers for demat account setup
- Administer ESOP trust activities and ensure regulatory compliance
- Monitor and track ESOP transactions
3.Employee Communication & Support
- Prepare communication materials and conduct ESOP training
- Coordinate with legal and internal teams for compliance
- Address employee queries related to ESOP
4.Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure statutory compliance and reporting
- Prepare reports for stakeholders and audits
- Support ESOP-related financial documentation and stock certificates
