Position: Shift Engineer – Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I)
Location: Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh
SRF is looking for a qualified and experienced Electrical & Instrumentation professional to join its Performance Films & Foil Business team as a Shift Engineer.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (circuit branches)
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with BOPET film line operations
- Practical knowledge of Siemens PLC (Simatic S7-1500/1200/400/300/S7-200) and WinCC SCADA systems
- Expertise in Drive Systems including Master Drives (VC & MC), Sinamics S120/G120, Micromaster 420/430/440
- Sound understanding of PID Controllers, Pneumatic Systems, and Industrial Instrumentation
- Exposure to Electrical Switchgears (HT & LT), Transformers, and Power Handling Systems up to 33kV
- Experience working with Kampf Winder, Slitters (Primary & Secondary), and Applied/Bobst Metalliser Machines
- Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to work in shifts with cross-functional collaboration
