Job Location: Ozone Industrial Park, Bhayla, Bavla, Ahmedabad District.

Remuneration: If the candidate is identified as a good match, 10-20% hike from the existing remuneration.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

(a) 10 years of experience with Analytical, especially HPLC & GC.

(b) Good exposure, understanding with analytical laboratory settings, with expertise in a wide range of analytical techniques, including HPLC, GC, pH, TLC, LOD, KF, chemical analysis, flame photometer, ash percentage determination, heavy metal analysis, etc.

(c) Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

(d)Strong understanding of QC documentation practices, SOP preparation, and regulatory compliance requirements in relevant industries (eg. API, pharmaceuticals & chemicals).

(e)Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job-Description (Role & Responsibilities):

(a) Quality Control & Analysis for conducting quality control tests, analyses on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal specifications. Day to day operating and analysis with HPLC and GC.

(b) Knowledge of TLC, LOD, KF, chemical analysis, flame photometry, ash percentage determination, heavy metal analysis, and UV spectroscopy as well as proficiency in QC documentation and SOPs preparation.

(c) Knowledge of GLP(good laboratory practices) & its training to down-the-line team.

(d)Knowledge of ADL is an added advantage.

(e)Development and optimization of QC procedures, method validation & protocols.

(f) Prepare and update SOPs, protocols, and other QC documentation as needed, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

(g)Maintenance & calibration of laboratory equipment/ instruments, performing routine checks & troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.

(h)Stay informed about advancements in analytical techniques, regulatory requirements, and industry trends, continuously expanding knowledge and skills to enhance performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Skills Required:

(a)Thorough on handling and analysis with HPLC, GC & GCHS.

(b)Extremely meticulous, methodical & process oriented

(c) QC procedures, protocols in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Capability to face and solve Regulatory audits.

(d)Documentation and report test results in compliance with QC documentation standards.

(e)Identification/ Investigation of deviations, discrepancies, abnormalities in results, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues & implement corrective actions.

(f) Inter-personal skills. Capability Lead & guide down-the-line team.
