Open Positions:

1.Senior Manager – Production

• Experience: 13+ years

• Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) or B.E. / B.Tech (Chemical)

2.Assistant Manager – Production

• Experience: 7 to 12 years

• Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) or B.E. / B.Tech (Chemical)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead production planning and execution to meet output targets
• Independently manage plant operations
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions
• Implement cost reduction, process improvement, and waste minimization
• Maintain strict quality, safety, and environmental compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Engineering)
• Mentor production teams and oversee performance
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies
• Align preventive maintenance with output goals
• Report metrics and updates to senior leadership
