Position: Executive – Procurement & SCM

Location: Plot No. 217, 218, IDA Pashamylaram, Sangareddy

Qualification: Graduate (B.Com / B.Sc / BBA); Diploma/MBA in SCM or Materials Management preferred

Experience: 4–6 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or pharma setups

Type: Immediate Joiners Only

Responsibilities:

• Procure raw materials, consumables, engineering spares, and indirect items

• Ensure quality-compliant, timely sourcing

• Evaluate vendor quotations and negotiate price, terms, delivery

• Maintain and update Approved Vendor List (AVL)

• Create/process purchase orders in ERP systems (Zoho preferred)

• Monitor stock and initiate timely orders to avoid shortages

• Adhere to procurement SOPs and document protocols

• Resolve supplier issues and build strong vendor relationships

• Coordinate with QA, Stores, Production, and Accounts

Required Skills:

• Graduate (B.Com / B.Sc / BBA); Diploma/MBA in SCM or Materials Management preferred

• 4–6 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or pharma setups

• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills

• Knowledge of local vendors, supply chain compliance

• Proficiency in ERP tools (especially Zoho)
