Key Responsibilities:
- Execute instrumentation maintenance within budget to ensure uninterrupted plant operations
- Monitor and enhance equipment efficiency through SOP development and upgrades
- Implement and optimize energy-saving initiatives
- Conduct risk assessments and eliminate hazards to promote safety culture
- Analyze recurring issues using problem-solving tools for continuous improvement
- Review and update instrumentation drawings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors for timely project execution
- Ensure compliance with control systems and standards
- Undertake compliance and safety audits
Role Objective: Ensure optimal performance of electrical and control systems through innovation, predictive maintenance, and efficient machine upkeep
