Work Location: apcotex industries limited village - Dungri, Taluka - Valia, Ankleshwar Dist - Bharuch, Gujarat

We invite qualified professionals to be a part of our team for below mentioned positions:

1) Officer/Executive (Q.C.) - B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) with 2-8 years of experience in QC Department of Chemical / polymer plants. Must have hands on experience on GC, GPC, FTIR, particle size analyzer, etc.Compounding (rubber compounding), rheology, mooneyviscometer, tensile strength, brookfield viscometer

2) Officer/Executive(Production)- Diploma Chemical / B.Sc - Chemistry / B.E or B.Tech in Chemical with 2-5 years' of experience in plant operations of polymer/chemical/ petrochemical industries with sound knowledge of various processes like reactor / distillation / absorption / drying, etc. Incumbent must have working exposure of equipment like reactor/stripper/ compressor/dryer/RVD/ pumps/ distillation column etc. The incumbent for executive position must have knowledge of trouble shooting, work permit, ISO / TPM.

3) Officer/Executive (Electrical) - BE/B.Tech in Electrical with 3-8 years' of experience in electrical maintenance field of polymer/chemical/ petrochemical industries with sound knowledge of motors, starters, VFD, MCC, PCC, UPS, transformers, DG Set, planned electrical maintenance jobs of continuous process plant, etc.

4) Officer/Executive (Instrumentation) - Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Instrumentation with 3-8 years of experience in instrumentation field of polymer/ chemical /petrochemical industries with sound knowledge of DCS/PLC system (Honeywell preferred), transmitters, flow meters, valves, all measurable devises like pressure flow, temperature density a level, planned instrumentation maintenance jobs of continuous process plant, etc.

5) Officer/Executive/Asst. Manager - Mechanical Maintenance - BE/B.Tech in Mechanical with 5-15 years' of experience in mechanical maintenance field of polymer / chemical / petrochemical industries with sound knowledge of preventive maintenance, operation maintenance, break-down maintenance, planned mechanical maintenance jobs of continuous process plant, etc, exposure on SAP & project activities shall be an added advantage.

6) Officer/Executive (Refrigeration/Utility) - Dip In Mechanical with 5-7 years' of experience in operations of refrigeration plant, DM water plant a utilities areas. must be able to do primary maintenance of compressors and pumps. Knowledge of working on DCS/PLC operated equipment/plants is a must.

7) Logistics Head/ Sr Manager - Degree of any Stream with Material Mgt. Supply Chain Management / Logistic Management with minimum 15-18 years exp. for Stock Verification of RM / FG / EngineeringMaterial / Scrape, etc. Ensure Control, Mis Sport SAp now Tige, dei Expor pring du MaKerial greama manag on em, costong mization & Logistic

8) Executive/ Asst. Manager (R&D) - BE/ M. Tech/Ph.D in Polymer Science/Rubber Technology with 3-7 years of driving R&D in acrylonitrile-butadiene Chemistry in NBR/NBR-PVC/P-NBR segment. Trouble shooting in continuous polymerization, finishing lines, polyblend and powder process, other related areas. Optimal utilization of pilot assets for development work.

Ensure complete quality norms of all the trial batches produced in pilot reactor/plant kneader/powder plant with all backup data.
