Walk In Interview Details:
Date: 05th October 2025 (Sunday) for Pithampur Plant.
VENUE: MG Regency Hotel, National Highway 21, A, Kalka - Baddi Rd, Baddi, Himachal al Pradesh Pradesh 173205.
1) Production (Injectable)
A) Officer To Executive:
Experience: 4-6 years.
Qualification: M.Sc./B Pharma, Supervision of aseptic process activities, Experience of day-to-day trouble shooting of aseptic filling operation like handling of NVPC failure, aseptic behavior during power power failure, remediation action plan against EM failure. Supervision of visual inspection & packing process activities, SOP preparation, Expert in GDP, having experience of parenteral packing operation working in USFDA approved unit. Exposure of Microsphere Dry Powder will be preferable.
B) Technician:
Experience: 4-6 years
Qualification: ITI/Diploma. Aseptic Dispensing & compounding process/Visual inspector/Packing Labelling operation working in USFDA approved unit. Exposure of Microsphere Dry Powder will be preferable.
2) Quality Control (Injectable)
Officer To Sr. Executive:
Experience: 2-8 years
Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry)/M. Pharm/B. Pharm. Experience in handling and calibration (Chemistry) of instruments like HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV, Auto-titrator, KF etc. Exposure of analysis for RM, Water, FP, Stability, and MV samples.
3) Engineering (OSD/Injectable)
A) Officer Sr. Officer (Plant maintenance):
Experience: 4-8 years.
Qualification: BE Electrical.
Preventive and breakdown maintenance of process equipment and instruments of OSD/Injectable plant. plant. To Maintain maintenance schedule, training records, protocals, and quality documentation as and when required.
B) Technician/ Sr Technician (Plant maintenance)
Experience: 6-8 years
Qualification: Diploma Electrical/ITI.
Preventive and breakdown maintenance of process equipment and Instruments of OSD/Injectable plant.
To Maintain maintenance schedule, training records, protocols, and quality documentation as and when required.
C) Technician/Sr. Technician (Water System/HVAC):
Experience: 6-8 years
Qualification: fication: Diploma Electrical/ITI.
Preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC/Water system of OSD/Injectable plant. To Maintain maintenance schedule, training records, protocols, and quality documentation as and when required.
4) Technology Transfer (OSD/Injectable)
Sr. Officer to Sr. Executive
Experience: 5-8 years
Qualification: B Pharm/M, Pharm.
To prepare documents like BMRS, BPRs, protocols and reports for trial batches/scale-up batches, exhibit batches/ process validation batches. To-coordinate and execute scale up/ exhibit/ process validation batches. To prepare and review the departmental standard operating procedures.
5) Quality Control (OSD)
A) QC Validation Analyst (Sr. Officer to Sr. Executive)
Experience: 4-7 years
Qualification: M.Sc./M. Sc./M. Pharma/B Pharma.
Well versed with Analytical methods validation/Method transfer/Cleaning validation, Handling HPLC, GC. DR and other instruments, Reviewing analytical data: Preparation of Validation protocols and reports.
B) QC Sr. Officer to Executive
Experience: 4-7 Years.
Qualification: M.Sc./M. Pharma/B. Pharma. QC analyzing. Stability, In process, FP, RM sample, Handling instruments (HPLC, GC FTIR, UV, DR, SSA), and review of analytical data.
6) Quality Assurance (OSD)
A) Officer to Executive IPQA
Experience: 2-6 years
Qualification: B Pharma/ M. Pharma/B.Sc./M.Sc. Line clearance, Sampling of In-process samples & FG sample. Review of BMR, BPR with audit trail of equipment
B) Executive to Sr. Executive-Analytical QA
Experience: 6 to 10 years
Qualification: B. Pharma/ M. Pharma/ B.Sc./ M.Sc. Investigations of OOS, Incident, deviations. Review of analytical data of RM/PM, in-process and finished products. Review of audit trail of analytical instruments. (Must have sound knowledge on HPLC, GC. FTIR, UV etc.).
7) Production (OSD)
A) Granulation Compression Packing Officer to Executive
Experience: 2-5 years
Qualification: M. Pharma/ B. Pharma. Audit exposure in USFDA/ EUGMP approved company. Exposure of Material Handling/Electronic Batch Record filling and review/Good Knowledge of SAP System & Their T Codes for PP PI/Machine Alarms handling/ QMS/ Deviation/ Change Control/ SOP/ Daily Reports Preparation/ Manpower Handling
B) Granulation/ Liquid & Paste Manufacturing/Liquid Filling/Bottle Primary Packing Technician
Experience: 2-6 years
Qualification: D Pharma/ Diploma/ ITI, Audit exposure in USFDA EUGMP approved approved company. Independently handle the granulation area equipment. Expertise in Top spraying and roll compaction process. Handle the Liquid and Paste Manufacturing equipment's and their process. Working in Primary Bottle Packing (CVC Line) / Liquid Filling. Good Computer knowledge Machine Operation/ Cleaning Changeover / Alarm Handling
