1) Production – Incharge

Qualification: B. Pharma, M. Sc, or M. Pharma

Experience: 7 to 10 years Required Skills: Efficient planning and scheduling of equipment and manpower Handling Quality Management System through investigations and proposing CAPAs Coordination with cross-functional teams for timely output delivery Monitoring production data to reduce rejection rates Experience in continuous manufacturing and sterile manufacturing standards

2) Production – Chemist to Executive

Qualification: B. Pharma, M. Sc, or M. Pharma

Experience: 2 to 7 years Required Skills: Experience in compounding, aseptic operations, aseptic behavior, and equipment troubleshooting Exposure to documentation compliance and cross-functional team coordination
