Position: Group Leader / Principal Scientist
Experience: 8 to 12 Years in Industrial Medicinal Chemistry
Qualification: PhD in Organic Chemistry with PostDoc in Medicinal Chemistry or Organic Chemistry
Location: Bengaluru, India
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams in drug discovery projects
- Provide scientific and strategic leadership in Medicinal Chemistry
- Design novel chemical entities (NCEs) with a focus on SAR and SPR optimization
- Collaborate with biology, ADME, and computational chemistry teams
- Drive innovation and efficiency in lead identification and optimization
Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record in small molecule drug discovery
- Strong publication or patent portfolio
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to mentor junior scientists and contribute to team development
