Job Description:

Conducted daily work permit inspection, PTW monitoring, and review
Conduct Plant Safety inspection for Identifying unsafe act and unsafe Condition and take corrective action.
Ensuring the effectiveness of Safety & firefighting
Safety Induction training, Job specific training like hot work safety, Work at height, confined space entry, Permit System, Emergency Preparedness and Siren System, Material Handling, Scaffolding etc...
Implementation of 5s system in workplace and conducting its training
Prepare Monthly HSE Performance Report and maintained other EHS record
Execute Fire Hydrant line modification, Fire Alarm System Project & CO2 Flooding System Projects according to IS standards
Conduct Job Safety Analysis and PSSR
To assist in conducting Safety Meeting once in a month, Preparation of Minutes and Follow up with concerned department for implementation of the recommendation
Promoted safety through programs, motivational events, display boards, safety posters, and slogans
Implementation of safe system and procedure of work responsible for company's environmental waste management control
Ensured compliance with legal requirements as per standards
Ensured timely completion of all environmental monitoring activities
Managed the XGN portal (GPCB) and ensured timely submission of monthly patrak, hazardous waste, solid waste and other environmental forms
SOP preparation
