Production Department
Position: Officer
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Qualification: B. Pharm / M. Pharm / M. Sc.
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Document production activities in Batch Manufacturing Records and logbooks
- Execute machine and area cleaning as per SOP
- Operate machines and manage start/stop operations
- Allocate tasks to operators and helpers
- Ensure manufacturing and in-process sampling/testing aligns with BMR
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during batch manufacturing and filling
- Monitor production parameters and report deviations
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and GMP standards
- Handle deviations and incidents
- Monitor yields of validation batches
- Maintain equipment usage, cleaning, and calibration records
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene in the production area
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
- Maintain discipline and hygiene in the production area
