Position: Corporate TQM

Education: B.Tech / B.E / PGDM / MBA

Experience: 15-20 years

SRF is seeking a seasoned professional to join their Corporate TQM team in Gurugram, Haryana. This role is focused on driving transformational excellence across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement trainer and facilitator programs for flagship TQM certifications.
  • Co-lead strategic initiatives to promote TQM practices across SRF, enhancing capability and competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with functional heads to establish a grading system for improvement projects.
  • Lead the selection and improvement of PSP Silver projects.
  • Participate in business-level diagnostics and assessments.

Role-Specific Competencies:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale, long-term transformation initiatives using Six Sigma, TPS (Lean), TRIZ, or similar methodologies.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience in assessments or award mechanisms such as the Deming Prize, MBNQA, CII/EXIM, or similar frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in deploying AI/ML solutions in operational environments
