Job Description

As a PMO Expert, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

• Understanding and aligning with the strategic direction set by management.
• Acting as a single point of contact for regular feedback to management.
• Front-facing internal and external business partners during project execution.
• Managing and ensuring the timely completion of all project-related activities for assigned partners and markets.
• Developing and managing all aspects of assigned projects and activities.
• Leading cross-functional project teams and status meetings.
• Presenting any roadblocks or issues to management to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitoring and managing project scope, budget, forecasts, and resources to ensure they are delivered within the timeline.
• Providing comprehensive project status reports, including budget and timelines.
• Proactively identifying significant project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and escalating them to leadership.
• Managing the backward integration of dates for individual activities to generate a Launch Plan.
• Directing and supporting the planning team on inventory allocation based on market launches and volumes.
• Demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
