Job Purpose: Manage shift operations for plant production, ensuring smooth functioning across productivity, quality, safety, and manpower.

Key Responsibilities:

Shift Operations Management

• Supervise and coordinate all production activities during the shift
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and targets
• Monitor process parameters and take corrective actions

Safety

• Enforce safety protocols and system compliance
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments

Manpower Management

• Allocate manpower and supervise shift activities
• Address employee issues and provide necessary training

Quality

• Conduct in-process quality checks
• Ensure product quality and specification compliance

Continuous Improvement

• Identify areas for process and efficiency improvement
• Implement best practices and lean manufacturing principles

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate production records
• Prepare shift reports and coordinate with other shifts

Coordination

• Liaise with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams
• Ensure smooth shift handovers

Compliance

• Follow company policies and procedures
• Ensure environmental and safety regulation compliance

Candidate Requirements:

• Preference given to candidates from the chemical industry
• Must bring updated resume, passport-size photograph, and relevant documents
