Job Purpose: Ensure smooth and safe operation of plant equipment by monitoring chemical processes, maintaining parameters, and supporting operational standards in compliance with safety, quality, and environmental guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute field activities as per SOPs
• Operate and monitor equipment (pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, utilities)
• Respond to incidents and emergencies
• Record field readings and maintain log sheets
• Maintain process parameters and report abnormalities
• Coordinate with shift in-charge and DCS operator
• Uphold housekeeping, hygiene, and safety standards
• Support maintenance and ensure equipment readiness
• Participate in training and maintain documentation

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in chemical plant operations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Basic computer proficiency
• Immediate joiners preferred
