Responsibility:
- Lead and manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment to ensure minimal downtime.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and validation of new machinery and equipment
- Manage utility operations including HVAC, water systems, compressed air, boilers, and electrical distribution.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and statutory regulations in all maintenance and engineering activities.
- Coordinate and execute capital projects and plant upgrades in alignment with company goals.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits including preventive maintenance schedules, calibration logs, and equipment qualification.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and EHS to ensure seamless plant operations.
- Vendor management, budgeting, and procurement of engineering spares and services.
