Zenfold Hiring For QC Reviewer and QC Analyst Position

We are expanding our Quality Control (QC) team and inviting applications for the following positions:

1) QC Reviewer

Experience: 3–6 years (API/Pharma)

Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry) / M.Pharm

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong expertise in reviewing analytical raw data generated from HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV, KF, dissolution, and wet chemistry.

Thorough review of analytical test reports, logbooks, raw data printouts, and chromatograms.

Verification of calculations, instrument audit trails, and compliance with cGMP, GLP, and ALCOA+ principles.

Exposure to OOS, OOT, deviations, CAPA investigations and documentation practices.

Ability to ensure data integrity and identify gaps/non-compliances.

Coordination with QC Analysts and QA for smooth sample release.

Experience in handling regulatory inspections (USFDA, EMA, WHO, etc.) is desirable.

Good knowledge of ICH guidelines and pharma regulatory requirements.

2) QC Analyst (HPLC/GC)

Experience: 1–4 years (API/Pharma)

Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry) / B.Pharm / M.Pharm

Key Skills & Requirements:

Hands-on working experience with HPLC (Empower/OpenLab) and GC (Chromeleon/other platforms).

Proficiency in method development, method validation, and routine analysis.

Experience in wet chemistry techniques like titrations, pH, KF, and dissolution.

Good documentation skills – preparation of raw data sheets, test reports, and logbooks.

Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and handling of lab instruments.

Familiarity with GMP and data integrity practices.

Ability to work in shifts and meet sample testing timelines.

Exposure to handling RM, intermediates, finished products, stability samples preferred.
