1. Vaccine Manufacturing (Cell Culture)
Qualification: M.Sc. in Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Lifesciences
Experience: 2 to 5 Years (Vaccine / Biotech / Manufacturing)
Skills:
- Cell revival, subculture, cell counting (MRC-5)
- Preparation of MCB/WCB
- Handling roller bottles, cell stacks, TCPS
- Media and buffer preparation
- Review of media and virus harvesting procedures
2. IPQA (Officer / Executive)
Qualification: M.Sc. in Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Lifesciences
Experience: 2 to 5 Years (Quality Assurance)
Skills:
- SOP, GMP, and regulatory compliance
- Line clearance activities
- Review and issuance of BMRs
- Documentation control
- Monitoring temperature and humidity records
