Position: Assistant Manager Level - Polyester & Polyurethane

Function: Research & Development

Qualification: MS Technology / PhD in Polymer / Organic Chemistry

Work Location: Taloja, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Experience: 6-8 Years

Role & Responsibilities:

Drive epoxy system development and testing for adhesives and silicone, ensuring prompt & high-level technical support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
New Product Development - Polyester
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards across labs and equipments.
Lead synthesis and development of polyester/polymers for coatings.
Independently plan and execute product development and innovation projects.
Drive innovation in coatings, adhesives and allied areas.
Maintain ISO documentation for NPD.
Understand customer needs and drive solutions.
Prepare technical reports, draft invention disclosures, and contribute to patents.
Represent the company in technical forums.
Apply DOE, DFMEA, and root cause analysis.
Demonstrate expertise in polymer/polyester chemistry and resin synthesis
