Qualification: Ph.D/ Post-Doc

Experience: 1.5 to 7 years

Work Location: Bengaluru

Responsibilities:

Leading 4-15 FTE's and client interfacing experience is a mandate.
Provide scientific guidance to team members for effective delivery of projects.
Effective resource and cost management.
Monitor and review project progress to ensure adherence to quality standards /timelines.
Ensure compliance and train the team members for both technical attributes and safety protocols.
Conduct regular scientific meetings with the team.
