Position: R&D – Chemist / Officer

Experience Required: 2 to 5 years in R&D – Synthesis & ADL
Key Responsibilities:
Product development in agrochemical formulations
Scale-up process execution
Chemical analysis using HPLC, GC, and wet techniques (e.g., titration)
Collaboration with cross-functional teams
Candidate Profile:
Strong academic background in Chemistry
Hands-on experience in product development
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Familiarity with analytical and synthesis techniques
