1. Process Safety
Location: Jeedimetla
Experience: 6–10 Years
Skills:
- Lead and execute Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) studies
- Develop and perform quantitative & qualitative risk assessments
- Review Process Design Reports (PDR) and process safety studies
- Conduct dust hazard assessments and ensure compliance
- Conduct safety audits & risk assessments
- Ensure regulatory compliance (local & global)
- Incident investigation & corrective actions
2. EHS
Location: Nacharam
Experience: 3–6 Years
Skills:
Manage work permits & compliance
Organize safety trainings & awareness programs
Coordinate with government agencies during audits
3. Quality Control
Location: Pashmylaram
Experience: 2–5 Years
Skills:
- Perform HPLC analysis for raw materials, intermediates & finished product
- Method validation, calibration, and troubleshooting
- Prepare analytical reports and maintain documentation
- Ensure compliance with GMP/GLP standards
- Support audits and regulatory inspections
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
4. Manufacturing
Location: Shamsabad
Experience: 4–5 Years
Skills:
- Operate and monitor auto coating machines
- Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards
- Handle documentation and equipment aligned with 21 CFR compliance
- Support batch records, validations, and audits
