Role Overview
We’re seeking a Quality Assurance Manager with a strong background in clinical trials and regulatory compliance. This is a leadership role focused on ensuring excellence across all QA functions in a dynamic CRO environment.
Designation: QA Manager
Qualifications: M. Pharm preferred; MSc/B. Pharm also considered
Experience: Minimum 5 years of QA experience, ideally in a CRO setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure clinical trials align with protocols and global regulatory standards
- Implement and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS)
- Lead and manage internal, external, and vendor audits
- Develop and review GCP-compliant SOPs and document control systems
- Monitor CAPA execution and ensure timely reporting of non-compliances
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to uphold quality strategy and performance
- Report QA metrics to HOD-QA and support impact analysis of deviations
- Oversee incident documentation and investigation reviews
- Manage and mentor the QA team, ensuring effective training and development
Required Skills:
- Strong grasp of clinical trial processes and regulatory frameworks
- Proven ability to multitask, lead teams, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience hosting sponsor and regulatory audits
