Walk-In Interview – Gland Pharma Limited (Packing Department)

Gland Pharma Limited is hiring experienced professionals for its Sterile Injectables Packing Department at MPSF Plant (Unit-II).

Interview Date: Thursday, 30th October 2025

Time: 09:30 AM to 11:30 AM

Venue: Gland Pharma Limited, Unit-2, Plot No: 42–52, Phase III, TSIC, Pashamylaram

Position: Packing – Sterile Injectables

Job Location: MPSF Plant (Unit-II)

Qualification: M. Pharma / B. Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc

Experience: 4 to 6 years in sterile injectables packing operations

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily shift operations to meet committed packing volumes with safety and quality
Supervise manpower and ensure SOP-compliant equipment and line operations
Complete in-process checks, BPCR entries, and GMP documentation accurately and on time
Prepare SOPs and GMP records for packing activities
Track hourly outputs and ensure adherence to cGMP and SOPs
Coordinate with IPQA for timely execution of daily plans
Arrange SPM components for machine trials
Manage material flow and storage before and after use
Maintain housekeeping and logbook documentation in packing areas
Operate labelling, packing lines, track & trace, PCR systems, and serialization procedures
