Department: Bio-Bulk Manufacturing (Upstream (USP) – Microbial & Cell Culture)
Experience: 1-8 years in Manufacturing Biosimilars Industry
Qualification: M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech – Bioprocess, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry
Skills:
- Experience in biosimilars manufacturing
- Handling large-scale bioreactors (SS/Single-use, wave, perfusion)
- Continuous centrifuge, filter integrity, aseptic techniques
- Strong cGMP knowledge and data analysis skills
2.Positions: Executive / Sr. Executive
Department: Bio-Bulk Manufacturing (Downstream (DSP) – Microbial & Cell Culture)
Experience: 1-8 years in Manufacturing Biosimilars Industry
Qualification: M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech – Bioprocess, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry
Skills:
- Experience in biosimilars manufacturing
- Chromatography operations (Akta Pilot / Process, inline dilution / conditioning), column packing and qaulifcation
- TFF system, nano filtration, aseptic filtration, Buffer preparation
- Strong cGMP knowledge
- Exposure to India's largest single-use bioreactors
- End-to-end single-use facility for USP & DSP
- Experience with global audits (EMA, FDA, ROW)
- Use of advanced data analytics tools (JMP, SIMCA)
