Walk-In Interview Details:

Venue: Ipca Laboratories Limited, Pologround, Indore

1.Department: Engineering (API)

• Designation: Engineer (Documentation)
• Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical  
• Experience:  Min 2 Years
• Job Description:
• Responsible for managing engineering QMS, overseeing plant maintenance and documentation, and ensuring SOPS and records are up-to-date and compliant with cGMP. Will support audits and require expertise in AutoCAD.

2.Department: Production (API)

• Designation: Sr. Officer/ Officer - QMS
• Qualification: UG/PG in relevant field Min
• Experience:  Min 2 Years
• Job Description:
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining the QMS, ensuring compliance through handling deviations, CAPA, and change controls. Will review documents and SOPS, support audits, and work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain product quality.

3.Department: Production (API)

• Designation: Officer/Chemist
• Qualification: UG/PG in relevant field
• Experience: Min 2 Years
• Job Description:
• Oversee and monitor the production batches according to SOPs/BPCR, with guidance from operators/technicians. Supervise their work to ensure compliance with procedures and maintain equipment, utensils, materials, and containers in proper status as per SOP.

4.Department: Production (API)

• Designation: Sr. Technician /Technician
• Qualification: 12/ITI/Diploma
• Experience: Min 2 Years 
• Job Description:
• Responsible for daily production activities as per approved SOPs/BPCR, operating. and cleaning equipment, maintaining a clean work area, and ensuring smooth production, product quality, and compliance with GMP and company standards.

5.Department: Quality Control (API)

• Designation: Sr. Chemist/Chemist
• Qualification: UG/PG in relevant field Min. 
• Experience: Min Exp. 2 Years
• Job Description:
• Responsible for testing raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet quality and regulatory standards. Must be skilled in using lab instruments, troubleshooting methods, and keeping accurate records.

6.Department: Quality Assurance (API)

• Designation: Sr. Chemist/Chemist
• Qualification: field UG/PG in relevant 
• Experience: Min. Exp. 2 Years"
• Job Description:
• Responsible for performing quality control testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products as per SOPS/BPCR. Ensure compliance with GMP, handle deviations and CAPA, and support audits. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all results.

7.Department: Engineering /Production (API)

• Designation: Apprentice (Fresher - Male)
• Qualification: BSc/MSc-Chemistry BE/Diploma/ITI-Mechanical/Electrical
• Job Description:
• Great opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in engineering/production. Assist with daily tasks, equipment maintenance, and process support while learning SOPs/BPCR, GMP, and safety standards. Ideal for candidates eager to learn and work in a dynamic team.
