Drug Product Development

Experience: Minimum 15-16 years

Qualification: Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Technology/Pharmaceutics or Master's in Pharmaceutics/Pharmaceutical Technology

Position: Lead - Biologic/Biosimilars (Drug Products/Formulation Development) -Microbial/Mammalian and Manufacturing.

Essential Qualifications and Expertise:

Strategic leader and subject matter expert (SME) in injectable biologics and biosimilars, with proven success in R&D, formulation development, and commercial drug product manufacturing.
Extensive experience in end-to-end drug product development, including formulation design, process development, scale-up, technology transfer, and process validation/qualification.
Demonstrated excellence in new product introduction (NPI), clinical DP manufacturing, and commercial readiness, ensuring smooth transition from development to market.
Strong capability in process characterization, continuous process verification, and life cycle management, driving cost efficiency, product robustness, and regulatory compliance.
Proven leadership in cross-functional collaboration with Analytical, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and timely outputs.
Deep understanding of the entire product journey from R&D to market authorization, ensuring strategic alignment with regulatory and business goals.
Establish formulation robustness through Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical modeling approaches.
Provide strategic and operational leadership to cross-functional project teams, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
