Position: Executive / Sr. Executive
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Patia, Bhubaneswar Reporting to: Production Head
Qualification:
- BAMS / PG Diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmaceutical Science (minimum 3 years)
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Science Graduate) with minimum 5 years in Ayurvedic / Herbal Manufacturing
Experience: 3–8 years in Ayurvedic formulation production
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production of Ayurvedic formulations (tablets, capsules, syrups, powders)
- Ensure compliance with GMP and AYUSH regulations
- Manage batch records, process control, and documentation
- Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process checks and batch release
- Supervise raw material issuance, equipment calibration, and production area hygiene
- Support process validation, technology transfer, and new product trials
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic formulation processes
- Sound understanding of GMP, AYUSH, documentation, and production planning
- Leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in MS Office / ERP preferred
