Qualification: MBBS/M.Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Sc./B.Sc./B.Tech with Business Management (MBA) degree
Experience: 10 to 15 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Business analytics and sales performance analysis
- Collaborating with various departments on product strategy and projects
- Coordinating with brand managers and ensuring uniformity across therapies
- Reviewing brand plans and suggesting mitigation plans
- Leading marketing excellence programs and team management
- Focus areas: Launch Excellence, Digital Commercial Excellence, Portfolio Analytics, Franchise & Brand Plans
- Collaborating with field survey insights and customer insights
- Driving operation excellence through sales force optimization and digital excellence
- Handling forecasting, financial modeling, and sales performance analysis
- Identifying areas for growth and providing recommendations for improvements
- Developing key performance indicators and designing dashboards for insights
