1) Production Incharge

Qualification/Experience: B. Pharma/M.Sc/M.Pharma with 10+ Years of experience

Required Skills (Injectables):

Efficiently plan and manage production schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower.

Handle QMS (Quality Management System) events with thorough investigations and propose effective CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of outputs.

Identify and implement strategies to minimize downtimes and reduce rejection rates.

Demonstrate hands-on experience in facing regulatory and customer audits and lead the team to maintain a state of continuous compliance and readiness.

2) Production Chemist to Executive

Qualification/Experience: B. Pharma/M.Sc/M.Pharma with 2 to 6 Years of experience

Required Skills (Injectables):

Experience in compounding, aseptic operations, and aseptic behavior's equipment troubleshooting, and be solution-oriented.

Ensuring online documentation and CFT co-ordination, etc.

Documents to Carry:

Resume, Educational Certificates, Relieving letters, Payslips, latest increment letter, Aadhaar & PAN Card.
