We are hiring for Vaccine Technology Centre, Ahmedabad

Time: 9 am to 5 pm

Venue: Green Park Hotels, Greenlands, Begumpet, Hyderabad - 500016

Job location: Ahmedabad

Education: Post-Graduate M Pharm. / M.Sc. in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Lifesciences.

Experience: 2-8 years of hands-on experience, preferred Biologics/pharma background. (Officer/Executive)

1) Quality Control - Product Testing (Viral, Bacterial)

Able to perform

Biochemical techniques,

Chromatography techniques,

Electrophoresis techniques, Immuno assay techniques, Cell culture techniques and Molecular techniques

Understanding and experience with Stability and Analytical method validation (AMV).

To operate the LIMS and timely complete the analysis of sample.

2) Vaccine Manufacturing (Cell Culture)

Experience in Preparation of media and buffers.

Experience in viral vaccine drug substance manufacturing process

Preparation of cell banks and virus banks

Basic knowledge of performing aseptic operations, hands- on experience in working with Biosafety cabinets/ Laminar Air Flow units.

3) Formulation and Filling

Preparation of formulation as per BMR and approved procedures

Handling of equipment such vessel and filtration units

Maintain the aseptic operations during the activity

Handling of autoclave, vial washing machine and tunnel.
