Aarti Pharmalabs – Hiring Manager (Engineering Department)
Aarti Pharmalabs is seeking a high‑caliber Engineering Leader to oversee and drive engineering and maintenance operations at our regulated API facility in Tarapur, Palghar.
Position: Manager – Engineering Department
Location: Unit‑IV, Plot No. E‑50, 50/1, 59/1, MIDC Tarapur, Taluka & District Palghar, PIN – 401506
Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech (Mechanical Engineering)
Experience: 10 to 15 years in a reputed API manufacturing setup
Key Must‑Have Skills:
- Strong exposure to regulated markets (USFDA, EU GMP, MHRA)
- Proven experience in facing USFDA audits as part of engineering leadership
- Expertise in HVAC with BIBO, isolators, cytotoxic handling systems, wet scrubbers, and containment design
- Hands‑on experience with facility & equipment maintenance, utilities (HVAC, PW, Compressed Air, ETP), and uptime management
- Experience in OEL studies, containment validation, and workplace exposure control
- Strong project management skills (CAPEX, expansions, upgrades, modernization projects)
- Ability to lead preventive & predictive maintenance, automation initiatives, and engineering documentation
- Strong HSE orientation with adherence to safety & environmental compliance
- Leadership capability to build and develop a high‑performing engineering team
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full engineering and maintenance operations for the API site
- Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement
- Manage utilities, critical equipment, and containment systems
- Drive CAPEX projects, energy optimization, and facility upgrades
- Strengthen safety, containment, and engineering excellence across the plant
