Aculife Healthcare is hiring passionate and skilled professionals for its Sterile Dosage Form division in the following departments:
1. Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)
Qualification: M.Sc. / M.Pharm / B.Pharm (Analytical / Pharmaceutical Chemistry or related fields)
Experience: 0–8 Years (Freshers with strong fundamentals may apply)
Roles:
- Analytical Scientists – Sterile Dosage
- Research Associates – Method Development & Validation
- Quality Control Analysts
- Stability & Microbiology Analysts
- Documentation & Compliance Executives
- HPLC, GC, Dissolution, UV, TOC, Sterility Testing
- Analytical method development and validation
- Knowledge of ICH guidelines, cGMP, and regulatory standards
2. Formulation & Development (F&D)
Qualification: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics or related field)
Experience: 2–8 Years
Roles:
- Formulation Scientists / Associates / Research Associates – Development / Scale-up / Regulatory Submission
Skills Required:
- Formulation development and scale-up of sterile products (Injectables, Ophthalmic, Inhalation)
- Experience with solutions, suspensions, emulsions, iron complexes
- Knowledge of sterilization techniques, aseptic processing, filtration, compatibility, and stability studies
- Process optimization and product design as per QbD, DOE, and ICH guidelines
- Documentation for lab, technology transfer, and regulatory submissions
