Available Positions: 

1.Production (Formulation)

Positions: Technical Associate (2 to 6 yrs experience)

Qualifications: Diploma, B.Sc., ITI

Area of Expertise: 

• Manufacturing core areas, including operation of specific machinery:
• Wurster (Glatt, 21 CFR SCADA) Pellet Coating, Bottom spray (Glatt)
• Granulation (Integrated line, GEA/Glatt, Flow Coater)
• Compression (KORSCH, SEJONG, GEA, CADMACH)
• Coating (Glatt Coater)
• Liquid Manufacturing and Filling
• Sachet filling machine (Wraptech/Bossar)

2.Production (Packing)

Positions: Officer, Sr. Officer (2 to 6 yrs experience)

Qualifications: B. Pharm

Area of Expertise: 

• Primary packing operations:
• Blister (Uhlmann/Elmach/BQS)
• Bulk Packing/Bottle Packing/CVC
• Liquid Packing

3.Warehouse

Positions: Officer, Sr. Officer (2 to 6 yrs experience)

Qualifications: M.Sc., B. Pharm, M. Com, B. Com, B.Sc., D. Pharm

Area of Expertise:

• Raw material (RM) and packaging material (PM) handling:
• Receiving and Dispensing (Online System)
• Handling of eLog & eBMR
• Knowledge of SAP, eWMS, and WDS systems for warehouse operations 

4.QC Formulation

Positions: Officer, Sr. Officer (2 to 6 yrs experience)

Qualifications: M. Sc., B Pharm

Area of Expertise:

• Quality Control functions:
• Finished product (FP)/Stability/Analytical Instrumentation-HPLC, UV, and Dissolution
• Handling of LIMS, Empower software, and HPLC (Waters) 

5.QA Formulation

Positions: Officer, Sr. Officer (2 to 6 yrs experience)

Qualifications: M. Pharm, B. Pharm

Area of Expertise:

• Quality Assurance activities:
• In-process Quality Assurance (IPQA) for manufacturing & packing
• Shop floor activities
• Review of equipment audit trails/BMR, BPR review/line clearance
