Job Location: Karakhadi (Near Vadodara)


1) Production Department

Eligibility: B.Tech Chemical / M.Sc. Chemistry Experience: 2 to 7 years of experience in API Industry

Skills & Responsibilities:

API Production, Bulk Drug

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for quality and efficiency.

Batch start-up activity, monitoring, and Calibration of balance.

Review technical documents like batch records, SOPs, BMR, validation protocols, etc.

Knowledge and exposure of cGMP is a must.


2) Engineering Department (Maintenance, Instrumentation & Utility)

Eligibility: B.Tech Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering Experience: 3 to 8 years of experience in API Industry

Skills & Responsibilities:

Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems.

Prepare SOPs, DQ/IQ/OQ protocols, and related GMP Documentation.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment.

Ensure minimal equipment downtime while adhering to safety and compliance standards.

Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills with hands-on GMP practices and documentation.

Operate and maintain utility systems including boilers, chillers, compressors, and HVAC.


3) Quality Control Department

Eligibility: M.Sc. Organic / Analytical Chemistry / M.Pharma Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in API Industry

Skills & Responsibilities:

Perform HPLC, GC, and wet chemical analyses to ensure product quality.

Analyze raw materials, intermediates, and finished products per quality standards.

Prepare SOPs and conduct stability and market sample analyses as per regulations.

Maintain GLP-compliant documentation and audit-ready records.

Operate multiple laboratory software platforms for testing and reporting.

Perform microbiological analysis including microbial limit testing and environmental monitoring.
