We are looking for qualified and motivated individuals to join our Quality Assurance team at our SEZ Matoda facility in Ahmedabad.

Job Summary

We are hiring for IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) and IPQA EM (Environmental Monitoring) roles within our injectable regulated plant. These roles involve monitoring production processes, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and maintaining regulatory compliance (ICH Guidance, 21 CFR). We have opportunities for both experienced professionals and freshers. 

Open Positions

1.IPQA 

Designation: Officer, Sr. Officer, Executive, Sr. Executive

Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Sc

Experience: 2-8 yrs experience

Required Skills:

• Monitoring production processes, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and conducting real-time quality checks and inspections on the manufacturing floor.
• Key duties involve line clearance to prevent contamination, reviewing batch records, sampling and testing intermediate products, and investigating any deviations or non-conformances to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance.

2.IPQA EM 

Designation: Officer, Sr. Officer, Executive, Sr. Executive

Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Sc (Microbiology)

Experience:  2-8 yrs experience

Required Skills:

• Environment monitoring
• Aseptic area behaviour monitoring
• Personnel monitoring
• Trend preparation
• NVPC monitoring and Viable monitoring,

3.IPQA (Fresher)

Designation: Apprentice

Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm

Required Skills: 

• Basic knowledge of QA, basic of CGMP and Sch M, ICH guidance and 21 CFR

4.IPQA EM (Fresher)

Designation: Apprentice

Qualification: M.Sc (Microbiology)

Required Skills: 

• Basic knowledge of microbiology
• Basic concept of sterilization and Technique

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• IPQA Roles
• Monitoring production processes and conducting real-time quality checks.
• Ensuring adherence to GMP and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Performing line clearance activities to prevent contamination.
• Reviewing batch manufacturing records (BMR) and investigating deviations.
• IPQA EM Roles
• Performing environmental monitoring in aseptic areas (Grade A, B, C, and D).
• Monitoring personnel behavior in sterile environments.
• Handling instruments like NVPC and MAS, and preparing trend analysis reports.
• Basic knowledge of microbiology, sterilization, and cGMP.
