Qualification & Experience

• M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
• 5 to 14 years of experience in Peptide Process R&D
• Candidates with hands-on experience in LPPS will be given preference

Who We’re Looking For:

• Strong expertise in SPPS & LPPS peptide synthesis with hands-on experience in process development and optimization
• Proven ability to scale-up processes, troubleshoot synthesis/purification challenges, and support GMP manufacturing
• Deep knowledge of Fmoc/Boc chemistry, peptide modifications, and use of automated/microwave synthesizers
• Exposure to regulatory compliance (USFDA/EMEA) and excellence in documentation and tech transfer
• Passion for mentoring, problem-solving, and driving innovation in peptide chemistry
