Available Positions and Requirements
1.QC Microbiologist
Position: Trainee Officer / Asst. Manager
Qualification: BSc/MSc
Experience: Fresher & 02 to 12 Years
Job Responsibility:
- Person should be well experienced in Environment Monitoring of Injectable facility (Settle plate, air sampling, surface monitoring and personnel gown monitoring)
- He must be aware of good documentation practices and aseptic behavior
- Person should have hands on experience in microbiological activities such as Sterility, BET, Antibiotic assay, MLT and Culture Handling.
- He must be able to perform Microbiological Method Validation activities
2.Production (Aseptic Area/Dry Powder and Lyophilizer/Clean Area)
Position: Operator / Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive
Qualification: ITI/B.Pharm/M.Pharm/BSc/MSc
Experience: 02 to 10 Years
Job Responsibility:
- Good knowledge of Aseptic practices and Technique.
- Good knowledge of mfg area, vial washing & DPT area and Autoclave area.
- Good knowledge of filling machine, ALUS, Storage Vessel and capping machine.
- Must have exposure of Dry powder filling machine.
- Must have exposure of sterile injectable vial filing machine
- Good knowledge in Spray Dryer, High Pressure homogenizer, Complex Skid/NDDS batch manufacturing process.
3.QA (Qualification)
Position: Executive / Sr. Executive
Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/BSc/MSc
Experience: 05 to 08 Years
Job Responsibility:
- Review, execution of activity/Documents of Equipment/System/Utility
- Process Validation
- Cleaning Validation
- Hold Time Study
- CSV
4.QA (IPQA)
Position: Officer
Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/BSc/MSc
Experience: 03 to 05 Years
Job Responsibility:
- In Process Activity
- Line Clearance
- AQL, APQR, BMR review
- Sampling Work
- Follow GMP Practices at Floor
5.Purchase
Position: Officer
Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/BSc/MSc
Experience: 02 to 06 Years
Job Responsibility:
- Having Knowledge regarding ERP system. (Purchase Module)
- Sourcing, Procurement and Vendor Development of API, Raw Materials, RLD, Excipient, Packing Materials
- Procuring of Engineering Items
- Preparing MIS of Purchase
- Procurement of Consumable Items for Formulation and API Plant
