A leading chemical and pharmaceutical company is expanding its team and inviting applications for multiple positions at our Chittorgarh facility.
1. Manager – Corporate Affairs & Government Relations
- Department: Corporate Affairs
- Location: Chittorgarh, Rajasthan
- Reports To: Managing Director
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant professional experience
- Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Preferred: Graduate in Law / Public Administration / Political Science / Commerce / Engineering
- MBA / PGDM in Public Policy, Business Administration, or related field
- Responsibilities:
- Act as SPOC for government agencies (RIICO, RSPCB, PESO, Labour Department, EPFO, ESIC, District Collectorate, Chief Inspector of Factories, municipal bodies)
- Manage lifecycle of applications for licenses, NOCs, and consents (EC, CTE/CTO, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Department: R&D
- Location: Chittorgarh
- Reports To: Managing Director
- Experience: 4 to 8 years in chemical industry R&D, preferably in inorganic fluorine chemicals
- Education: M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry (fluorine chemistry, solid‑state chemistry, or materials science preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct experiments, analyze data, and prepare technical reports
- Lead new product development, process optimization, and technology transfer from lab to commercial scale
- Support scale‑up and exhibit batch execution
3. Junior Chemist – Research & Development (R&D)
- Department: R&D
- Location: Chittorgarh
- Reports To: Senior Chemist & Head R&D
- Education: M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Inorganic / Organic / Analytical Chemistry (fluorine chemistry or hazardous reagents exposure preferred)
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in chemical industry R&D
- Specific Experience:
Wet chemical laboratory operations
Familiarity with synthesis setups (reflux, distillation, filtration)
Handling hazardous chemicals (acids, alkalis) with strict safety compliance
Responsibilities:
Carry out synthesis experiments as per batch sheets and senior chemist instructions
Maintain Laboratory Note Book (LNB) with accurate records
Prepare samples and perform in‑process quality checks (IPC)
Assist in pilot plant trials and technology transfer activities
Ensure zero safety incidents and 100% adherence to PPE norms
