We at Godrej Agrovet are hiring Interns to be based out of Godrej One, Vikhroli.
In this role, you will get the opportunity to work on live projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to key business initiatives.

Available Positions

1.HR Intern - Talent & Learning

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop learning content for digital/LXP platforms
• Support and lead talent & learning programs across the organization
• Analyse data and build dashboards to track learning impact
• Assist in annual planning, budgeting, and HR process support (Talent, Learning, Careers)
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for program execution
• Provide program management, administrative support, and reporting

Qualifications: PG in HR/ M.A. in Psychology or related fields

Skills: 

• Strong communication skills and creativity
• Execution-oriented mindset; comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Instructional design or psychometric certifications (preferred)
• Experience in content creation and L&D program management (preferred)
• Analytical capability to generate data-driven insights

2.HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HR analytics, reporting, and data compilation
• Coordinate HR processes, initiatives, and employee engagement activities
• Contribute to Learning & Development programs and execution
• Assist in creating structured learning roadmaps for processes and academies
• Prepare presentations, training content, and data reports
• Provide administrative and day-to-day support to the HR team

Qualifications: MBA-HR/ER

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
• Good Proficiency in MS Office
• Presentation skills (preferred)
• Knowledge of HRMS and data handling
• Interest in Learning & Development

3.Intern - Customer Business Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the SAP transition project for the CBO team.
• Assist with data collection, preparation, and validation for SAP migration
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth process transition
• Maintain documentation and provide basic system support

Qualifications: BCA / B.Sc. Computer Science

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
• Good proficiency in MS Office
• Preferred: Exposure to Tally or SAP.

4.Intern - IT Digital

Key Responsibilities:.

• Build and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI).
• Collect, clean & analyze data from multiple sources.
• Support automation and digital reporting initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand requirements.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards & insights for reviews.

Qualifications:  B.E./ B.Tech (Software/CS/IT) or BCA/MCA.

Prior internship in data analytics/digital projects (preferred).

Skills:

• Proficiency in Power BI & MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with good data visualization sense.
• Basic understanding of SQL/Python (preferred).
• Clear communication & presentation skills.
