Job Location: Hyderabad (New Manufacturing Facility)
Plot no: 40 & 41(part), Phase 3, Biotech Park, Karkapatla (V), Markook Mandal, Siddipet-502281, Telangana, INDIA.

Opportunity for our Nasal and Ophthalmic Manufacturing
Candidates with Nasal and Ophthalmic experience are preferred.

1) PRODUCTION - NASAL (1 POSITION)

• Designation: Manager
• Area: Validation and Compliance - Nasal
• Qualification: M. Sc/B. Pharm/M. Pharm
• Experience: 10-12 years
• Responsibilities:
  • Authoring and reviewing of validation/qualification protocols.
  • Monitoring of Production equipment qualifications.
  • Preparing and ensuring ROs of Production equipment are executed as per schedules.
  • Handling of investigations during PQs.

2) QUALITY ASSURANCE - IPQA & QMS - NASAL (2 POSITIONS)

• Designation: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager
• Area: IPQA & QMS - Nasal
• Qualification: M. Sc/B. Pharm/M. Pharm
• Experience: 5-10 years
• Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on experience in IPQA for nasal product manufacturing and filling operations.
  • Proficient in process validation and cleaning validation specific to Nasal formulations.
  • Knowledge of batch record review, deviation handling, and change control.
  • Strong understanding of GMP, data integrity, and documentation practices.
  • Good communication, observation, and coordination skills.

3) F&D - R&D - NASAL (2 POSITIONS)

• Designation: Executive/Senior Executive (1) and Manager/Senior Manager (1)
• Area: R&D Nasal
• Qualification: B. Pharm/M. Pharm
• Experience: 2-12 years
• Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on experience in developing nasal formulations for regulatory markets.
  • Proficient in Pre-formulation, QBD, Formulation and process optimization, preparation of POR and Technology transfer documents.
  • Proficient in tech transfer (scale up) and analytical data interpretation and problem solving.
  • Effective communication skills.

4) PRODUCTION - NASAL AND OPHTHALMIC (12 POSITIONS)

• Designation: Operator (9) and Senior Officer/Executive (3)
• Area: Nasal (8) and Ophthalmic (4)
• Qualification: Diploma/B.Sc/M.Sc/B. Pharm/M. Pharm
• Experience: 2-7 years
• Responsibilities:
  • Operating and monitoring Nasal/Ophthalmic filling line, manufacturing vessels, packing machines.
  • Execution of GMP documents such as BMRs, logbooks, protocols, etc.
  • Operating miscellaneous equipment such as NVPC machine, filter integrity machine, etc.
  • Working in shifts according to business demands.
  • Authoring of documents such as operational SOPs.

5) QUALITY CONTROL - NASAL (1 POSITION)

• Designation: Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager
• Area: Head QC - Nasal
• Qualification: M. Sc/B. Pharm/M. Pharm
• Experience: 15-20 years
• Responsibilities:
  • Strong expertise in QC testing and analysis of Nasal formulations.
  • Hands-on experience in OOS/OOT, deviations, and lab incident management.
  • Proficient in calibration, qualification, and data integrity compliance.
  • Experience in handling USFDA, EUGMP, and customer audits.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

5) QUALITY ASSURANCE - QMS - NASAL/OPHTHALMIC (5 POSITIONS)

• Designation: Officer/Executive
• Area: QMS - Nasal (2) and Ophthalmic (3)
• Qualification: M. Sc/B. Pharm/M. Pharm
• Experience: 2-5 years
• Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on experience in dispensing, manufacturing, filling, and packing of Nasal and ophthalmic products.
  • Execution of in-process checks, line clearance, and review of BMR/BPR.
  • Knowledge of GMP documentation, deviations, and batch record compliance.
  • Familiar with cleanroom operations and environmental monitoring.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.

6) QUALITY CONTROL - NASAL (2 POSITIONS)

• Designation: Executive/Senior Executive
• Area: Nasal
• Qualification: M. Sc/B. Pharm/M. Pharm
• Experience: 5-8 years
• Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on experience with Spraytec, ACI (Anderson Cascade Impactor), and NGI (Next Generation Impactor), View and Morphology.
  • Proficient in testing the raw materials, finished products, and stability samples for Nasal formulations.
  • Knowledge of method validation, calibration, and qualification activities.
  • Experience in handling OOS/OOT investigations and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
