1.Maintenance Planner

Experience: 3-12 Years

Job location: Vadodara & Chennai

Education : Diploma/BE

Job Description:

Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely acquisition and delivery of maintenance materials and parts.
Create and prioritize work orders for maintenance tasks, ensuring that material requirements are clearly defined and communicated.
Ensure that all necessary tools, equipment, and materials are available and in good condition for maintenance activities. Create new PMs., Modify PMs and Raise PR.
Identify required materials for execution and master them into the work management system (SAP PM).
Consult with OEM for recommended maintenance procedures, Bill of Material (BOM), etc. as needed.

2. Reliability Engineer

Experience: 3-6 Years

Job location: Vadodara & Chennai

Education : Diploma/BE

Job Description

Manage creation, modification, extension, and deletion of material master data in SAP MM.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency through governance practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for material data integration.
Support data migration with proper mapping and validation.
Develop and follow procedures for material data entry and checks. Maintain documentation of processes, changes, and standards.
Cleanse, classify, verify, and enrich material data using tools like Sphera (spares Finder) MM, MDG, MDO and Prospects.
Interpret technical documents (drawings, datasheets) to populate attributes. Standardize and code MRO spares using industry best practices.

3. Maintenance Analyst

Experience: 2-5 Years

Job Description

Participates in the data and analytics value chain, proactively using all P&O M&R related data to generate MI, performance insights, and improvement recommendations.
Facilitates external benchmarking for centrally driven M&R efforts, owning the external relationship, scoping the terms of reference, agreeing on the terms of the contract, providing and validating data, reviewing the study results, and turning insights into action.
Drives standardized M&R performance management through the implementation of reports into the regions, delivering consistency across the regions, and identifying and sharing good practices among the regions.

4. CMMS Data Engineer

Experience: 2-6 Years

Job Description

Hands on Experience in SAP MM/SAP PM/CMMS/ Document Management System etc.
Reviewing and technical data extraction from the PFD, P&IDS, SLD, GA drawing, Cross section drawing, Performance curve, technical data sheet etc.
Preparing PM Master data like Function location, Equipment, Maintenance plan, Task list, Bill of Materials, Catalogue profile, Class and Characteristics etc.
Hands on experience in Plant Maintenance Area, Monitoring all the Notifications, Maintenance Work Orders, Purchase requisition, Inventory Management.
Preparation of Material Master for all the Plant equipment with technical specification as per ASME/API/ASTM Code and standards.

5. Electrical SME Engineer

Experience: 6-12 Years

Discipline Knowledge: Expertise in electrical systems, including power generation, distribution, and control systems used in oil and gas or offshore.
Technical Expertise: Proficient in managing electrical aspects of wells, subsea systems, structures, and both fixed and rotating equipment.

Job Description

Reviewing Bills of Materials and maintaining existing Bills of Materials in SAP system. Exp in major equipment like- Pumps, compressors, Turbines, etc. and understanding of their BOM structures. Knowledge of SAP DMS and understanding of reference documents required for BOM. Skilled in extracting and analyzing maintenance data from SAP.
Well trained and knowledgeable on Maintenance and Material Data creation, cleansing, classification, verification, validation, standardization, and enrichment activities for ERP /CMMS master data management (MDM) as per SAP PM/MM.
MRO Spares Coding and develop Bill of Materials (BOM). Cleansing, standardization, enrichment, and de-duping of coded/ existing spares. Experienced in MRO spares criticality analysis and optimization. Prepare the functional specifications and ensure delivery of objects as per the timelines.

8.Instrument SME Engineer

Experience: 6-12 Years

Job location:Vadodara & Chennai

Education: Diploma/BE

Job Description

Technical Expertise: Skilled in the instrumentation of wells, subsea systems, structures, and both fixed and rotating equipment.
