Work Experience & Skills Required
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience working specifically within a Pharma-API plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strict adherence to SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
- Meeting daily and monthly production targets.
- Maintaining and enforcing all safety practices.
Technical Knowledge:
- Sound knowledge of operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, including centrifuge, reactors, and other process machinery.
- Ability to handle and analyze complex process problems in manufacturing.
