Job Summary
Lupin is seeking a highly motivated Manager with 2-5 years of experience to drive Quality Control (QC) productivity and process excellence initiatives at our Pithampur facility. This pivotal role involves defining metrics, digitizing data, and implementing Lean Manufacturing methodologies to streamline QC operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field, combined with an MBA.
Position: Manager - Quality Control (QC)
Location: Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh (MP), India
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site
Education: MBA with B.Tech (Chemical Engg.) / B.Pharm / M.Pharm.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in operations or a similar field within the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities
- As a QC Productivity Manager, your role will focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making:
- Define and align productivity metrics and operating definitions across all QC teams.
- Simplify and digitize data collection processes for efficient reporting of QC metrics.
- Publish monthly reports on QC productivity for all laboratory operations.
- Identify and develop action plans for improvement levers, reporting progress regularly.
- Manage projects focused on the deployment of new technology in QC labs.
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience in operations with a strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel or Minitab software.
- Proven track record of executing high-value projects successfully.
